Made it to Cali!

The trip has been exciting so far. I have seen a bunch of things along the way. I have driven 5,028 miles through 13 states finally making it to my destination in San Diego, California. I will be staying until Monday 11/16/2015 and heading back to New Jersey. I am currently plotting my journey with a different route. The challenge to drive across the country only using fares earned by ride sharing had a few obstacles. Some of states didn’t allow ride sharing, and some didn’t let me logon to my app. I could have done better research to find hot spots to drive/ spots not allowing driving. So far I have spent an estimated $264.34 of my original $500 funding ( click here for more details). Places I have visited over the week:
New Orleans: cool area, with some good food. Bourbon street had fun live music and street performers.
Austin Texas: There was a fun fun fun concert going on during my stay and the city was packed. I definitely want to go back for more then one day.
Grand Canyons: The grand canyons were amazing. I saw a bunch of birds and different animals on my hike.
Sedona, Arizona: The roads driving down these canyons were awesome. The deep red color of these rocks were incredible. I enjoyed a nice view in the town with a coffee before catching the sunset and heading to California.
